Our Purpose

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, manages a substantial portfolio, working with some of Australia's largest organisations, including Australia's top insurers, large Federal and State government departments and other key agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs. The group was founded in 1998 by Marcella Romero, a strategic, passionate and innovative leader who expanded a one-woman home office to three successful enterprises: Rehab Management, AimBig Employment and LiveBig.

Your Purpose
  • Customer-focused: Passionate about building and nurturing relationships – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our clients.
  • Quality Orientated: Visit workplaces to gain an understanding of what challenges an injured worker may face.
  • People-passionate: Assess injured workers to determine the best way to help them recover and get back to work.

About You
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration.
  • Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
  • Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills.

The Role
  • Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals) to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients.
  • Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
  • Attend a variety of workplaces on a weekly basis, and learn the physical demands and responsibilities of a number of job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work.
  • Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
