About YouYou're empathetic, resilient, and committed to making a difference. You hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physio, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work and are registered with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW.
You are a natural communicator, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about guiding individuals through complex life changes, whether helping someone reimagine their career or advocating for a supportive workplace.
The RoleFully remote, full-time or 4 days a week
As a Rehab Consultant, you'll support injured individuals as they re-enter the workforce, helping rebuild confidence, reconnect with goals, and re-enter life with purpose.
What You'll Be Doing- Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting assessments, and guiding them through career transitions.
- Collaborating with health professionals, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to co-create solutions.
- Designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans focusing on recovery and reintegration.
- Visiting workplaces to understand challenges and advocate for safer, inclusive environments.
