At the heart of Qiri is the Knowledge Twin an intelligent, evolving reflection of how you think, reason, and learn. This acts as your personal Thinking OS, helping you navigate complex domains with clarity and precision.

You'll join early enough to influence everything, from model architecture to vector database strategy to multi-agent orchestration.

Your work powers the AI twin and reaches our first 500 beta users

• Have 3+ years of experience in AI/ML/LLM/NLP model development
• Built and shipped production-grade RAG or LLM applications (LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, or custom pipelines)
• Are fluent in Python and know your way around Docker, GCP, and vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Understand the trade-offs of grounding, context compression, summarisation, and structured reasoning
• Have experience with embedding models, search ranking, and token optimisation
• Bonus: exposure to Bayesian reasoning, decision trees, or Monte Carlo simulations for AI
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love wearing multiple hats
• Collaborate well across frontend, backend, and product design teams
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Passionate about building trustworthy, explainable, and user-aligned AI
