The Role
The backbone of our operations, our Sales Support team is the driving force behind our agents' success. We are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator based at our Glenelg office.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Ensuring paperwork is compliant and in line with Harris processes
- Processing listings, sales and property marketing for each property the sales agent lists and sell
- Providing additional support to agents and superior customer service to both internal and external clients
- Reception duties and office coordinating

Who You Are
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in real estate (essential)
- Experience within a Sales Support role
- Experience in working with a CRM system – Agent Box (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work alongside and adapt to various personality styles across a variety of people
