We're Hiring: Broker Support – Asset Finance

Remote | Full-Time | Base Salary + Super + Fuel Card | WFH Setup Supplied

Lendco Finance is growing quickly, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-driven Broker Support professional to join our Asset Finance team. This is a full-time, remote position where you'll work closely with the Director of Asset Finance to help move deals from first enquiry all the way through to settlement. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role, helping keep things running smoothly and making sure no detail is missed.

We're after someone who's organised, switched-on, and ready to grow. You don't need to come from a finance background (though that's a bonus), but you do need to be confident with tech, have great communication skills, and love keeping things on track. If you're proactive, reliable, and take ownership of your work, you'll fit right in.

In this role, you'll assist with managing our CRM, prepare and lodge applications, liaise with clients and lenders, handle calendar and inbox duties, and support the broker with admin, compliance, and reporting. It's a dynamic role with variety — and plenty of opportunity to grow into broking, credit, compliance or operations if that's your goal.

We offer a base salary plus super and fuel card, and all your work-from-home equipment is supplied. You'll enjoy a flexible remote environment, early Friday finishes, and the chance to work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced but supportive team.
