The opportunityWe are on the lookout for a management superstar, to support and motivate the team at Lismore to deliver exceptional results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers This is a part-time position, approx. 30-34 hours per week.
If you have management experience, and you are passionate about your teams and customers with a desire for a career in retail, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do- Build and motivate a high-performing team
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered
- Manage the day-to-day running of the store
- Assist with the achievement of sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets
- Ongoing development - ongoing training, support, and growth opportunities

- Previous experience in leading a team to success
- Excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills

- Experience managing high volumes of stock
- Previous retail experience would be advantageous
