Support Workers Wanted - Ongoing Shifts Available in Bendigo

Your Role Will Include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care, grooming, and daily living tasks.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

What You'll Need:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent - or completion of the first year of a Bachelor of Nursing.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Up-to-date vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook.
