This company is hiring multiple Senior Software Engineers and is experiencing an exciting growth period

They are fast-moving in their software engineering processes and product development, with an established product used by millions of Australians. This is not an early-stage startup, so funding and profitability are stable.

What you'll be doing?

  • Working as a senior engineer in a cross-functional squad, including a Tech Lead, other senior and mid-level engineers, a Product Owner, and a Product Designer
  • Hands-on coding using Typescript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, AWS Services (Lambda), Jenkins, and Angular 9+ for frontend development. (Experience with Typescript/NodeJS and AWS Services is required; other stack components can be learned on the job)
  • Involvement in system design and solution architecture
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on technical systems
  • Writing clean, scalable, and secure code and implementing innovative software solutions
  • Following best practices in software engineering and security principles

What you'll bring?

  • Proven experience owning software projects end-to-end, contributing to system design and architecture
  • Professional experience with Typescript / NodeJS to build software products/platforms
  • Full stack engineering experience, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling, backend and frontend development
  • A solid understanding of software testing and security principles
