Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated Trade Assistants to join our lift installation team. As a Trade Assistant, you will work closely with experienced technicians to install, repair, and maintain various lift systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the lift industry while contributing to projects that improve accessibility for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation and assembly of lift systems according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts and inspecting components for wear and tear.
  • Troubleshoot and repair lift systems as needed, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, prioritising a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a trade or construction-related role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools used in installation and maintenance work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in the elevator and lift industry.
  • Driver's license and white card (essential).
