About The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Office Administrator to join the team in Coolum Beach. The role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration experience and a keen eye for detail, looking to contribute to a busy and supportive office environment.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Debtor invoicing and payment follow-up as required
- Reconciliation of bank statements and credit cards
- BAS reconciliation and preparation
- General understanding of profit & loss and general ledger
- Budget and cash flow reporting
- Job costing and liaising with management and key customers
The successful candidate will have
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and general office software
- Strong knowledge of accounting and administrative processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High-level numeracy, keyboard, and time management skills
- Experience in budget preparation, reconciliations, and reporting
- Excellent organisational, accuracy and attention to detail
- Full-Time Permanent Role | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
