We're seeking an Operations Manager to be the steady pulse behind the beauty, rhythm, and excellence of SOL. This role is about more than logistics – it's about weaving together people, processes, and presence so our sanctuary flows seamlessly each day.

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of SOL, ensuring both the guest journey and the staff experience are held with calm, care, and precision. You'll be the bridge between vision and execution – guiding our team, stewarding our standards, and ensuring that every detail reflects the essence of SOL.

• Lead & Inspire the Team: Guide, mentor, and support our Wellness Concierges, SOL Stewards, and Spa Therapists – fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and care.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage rosters, supervise opening and closing rituals, and ensure every touchpoint flows in harmony with SOL's ethos.
• Uphold Standards of Excellence: Maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and rhythm of all spaces, ensuring every guest feels safe, supported, and immersed in the experience.
• Coordinate Guest Flow: Anticipate busy periods, balance bookings, and support smooth transitions between sessions while never compromising serenity.
• Support Guest Experience: Step in with presence and professionalism whenever a guest requires additional care or guidance.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitor systems, supplies, and stock (robes, towels, amenities, teas, retail) with attention to detail and foresight.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather and act on guest and team feedback to refine processes, enhance service, and elevate experiences.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure operational practices meet the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance.

• A grounded, calm professional with natural leadership qualities.
• Experienced in operations management – ideally within luxury wellness, boutique hospitality, or spa environments.
• Able to multitask and problem-solve under pressure while keeping a serene, solution-focused presence.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about creating refined, ritual-driven experiences.
• Skilled in rostering, staff management, and operational systems.
• Flexible with availability (weekends, evenings, and mornings as needed).
• Bonus if you have exposure to wellness modalities, conscious hospitality, or high-end guest services.
