Your Opportunity:

As our valued Network Engineer L2, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the continued operation of our Enterprise IP/MPLS Core, Edge, and Access Network, and related systems.

You'll Make an Impact by:
  • Providing technical support for our NOC, Customer Support, and Service Delivery Teams
  • Offering operational support for our Engineering and Architecture Teams
  • Managing network capacity, planning, and implementing network upgrades
  • Deploying and commissioning network infrastructure
  • Developing solutions for new products and platforms
  • Providing training to internal teams on new products and platforms
What You'll Bring:
  • Degree in Engineering, Telco, or IT-related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years+ of hands-on design, deployment, and operation of a large enterprise or service provider network
  • Professional-level experience troubleshooting and configuring with CLI of at least Cisco IOS or equivalent
  • Professional-level experience with L2 switching, MPLS, and routing protocols including OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MP-BGP
Ideally, You Will Also Have:
  • Experience with various vendors and networking platforms
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools
  • Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent preferred
