Your Role as Clinical Care Manager
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing clinical care in our facility, ensuring that residents receive top-quality, compassionate, and individualised support. You'll lead the team of dedicated carers and clinical staff, providing them with guidance, resources, and support they need to thrive. Your work will directly impact the lives of residents, fostering a safe and caring environment that meets the highest standards of care.

- Commitment to Compliance and Best Practices – You have a deep understanding of clinical care standards, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements in aged care.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience in clinical management, preferably in aged care
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards, infection control, and aged care legislation
- Experience in staff leadership and team management
- Satisfactory national police check within the last three years
- Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People registration with NDIS endorsement
- Valid Australian Working Rights
