Darling Downs Health is seeking a dynamic Senior Radiographer – Program Coordinator to lead and shape innovative learning programs that support the growth and excellence of allied health professionals across the region. You will collaborate with a diverse team of passionate professionals to identify and respond to workforce development needs across allied health services. Your work will involve leading meaningful projects, shaping high-quality training programs, and ensuring workforce strategies are grounded in evidence and best practice.

You will provide expert guidance to project teams, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the planning and evaluation of initiatives that uplift service delivery and clinical outcomes—particularly in rural and remote settings.

As a leader and mentor, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on education delivery, all while staying clinically connected through regular practice to support X-ray operators.
