About The Role

Join our supportive Pharmacy Department at Grampians Health and gain hands on experience while contributing to patient care. This is a great opportunity for pharmacy students looking to build skills across dispensary, distribution, and technical operations within a busy hospital environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with inpatient, outpatient & discharge dispensing
  • Manage ward stock, including imprest and pre-packing
  • Answer internal and patient facing pharmacy queries
  • Prepare labels, medication lists & PBS paperwork
  • Support quality checks, stock rotation & expiry date reviews
  • Contribute to audits, stocktakes & improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Eligible for AHPRA student registration
  • Clear communicator with strong teamwork focus
  • Honest, reliable, and detail oriented
  • Able to adapt in a busy hospital setting
