We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Peak Trade Casuals to join our friendly team. Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates from mid-late September depending on store needs and candidate availability.

Responsibilities
  • Interacting with customers to assist them with their purchases.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for customers.
  • Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.
  • Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.

Please note: Peak Trade Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September 2025 to the start of February 2026). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

  • You have a passion for home appliances and consumer electronics.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated

  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
