HEH Civil is looking for a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to take charge of significant civil construction projects and demonstrate your leadership abilities.

In this pivotal role, you will manage all facets of project execution, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise site personnel, driving continuous improvement in line with the project schedule.
  • Manage on-site resources and implement industry best practices to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills to overcome any project challenges.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure project goals are met safely, on budget, and on time.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience with bulk earthworks projects.
  • Expertise in site management and leadership, including team coordination and resource allocation.
  • Strong background in construction management and project oversight.
  • In-depth knowledge of resource management and utilisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with WHS, quality management, and process improvement standards.
  • A proven track record of leading projects with effective communication and confident decision-making.
  • Proven ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate site reports in line with company policies and regulations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of pipelaying experience.
