Organization - Hyatt Regency Sydney
As Australia's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces. The hotel offers more than 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms.
RoleThe Sailmaker is a large, 272-seat dining destination with views of Darling Harbour. The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney. Casual Food & Beverage Attendants and Baristas are invited to join our flagship Sailmaker restaurant.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional service to clients and guests.
- Work efficiently in a high-paced setting with high attention to detail.
- As a Barista, make all types of coffee in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standard & accuracy of coffees throughout shift.
- A passion for providing exceptional service
- A warm and caring attitude
- Barista experience and knowledge, with strong Latte Art skills
- Ability to produce a high-volume amount of coffees with speed and accuracy
- Strong personal presentation and grooming standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly attentive and organised
- A current NSW RSA
- Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster including weekends, morning and evening shifts
- Valid Australian working rights
