Your New Role

Become an integral part of our team as an ICT Technical Officer In this role, you will contribute to a small team of engineers and technicians, providing essential support to project engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building, installing, and administering networks, servers, workstations, operating environments, and application software.
• Handling the procurement of ICT equipment, software licences, and maintenance/support contracts.
• Performing manufacturing and inspection activities in line with the organisation's Business Management System requirements.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to project engineering teams and engage in R&D activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience in ICT system administration (including operation, fault identification, and corrective actions).
• Leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring a small team of ICT engineers/technicians.
• Understanding of change management and record keeping.
• Experience liaising with suppliers, customers, and other teams.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop and review technical documentation.
• Familiarity with virtualisation technologies.
• A technical diploma or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• The ability to obtain an NV1 National Security Clearance. Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
