This 12-month maternity leave contract is ideal for a confident Centre Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager or Educational Leader ready to step up. You'll be supported by an experienced CM who will mentor you every step of the way—no one's thrown in the deep end here.

What you'll bring:

A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved)

Experience leading a team or strong readiness to take that next step

Confident knowledge of NQF, compliance, and quality standards

A team-first approach and a passion for making a difference

Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and ACT clearances
