Join the Engineering Construction team as a Grader Operator/General Hand and play a hands-on role in shaping municipal civil projects. You'll operate machinery to the highest safety standards, meet all regulatory requirements, and contribute to the delivery of vital works across the City.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to high safety standards and meet regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the delivery of civil projects across the City

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience in a similar role in civil engineering
• Delivering quality and desirable service levels in the context of the position requirements
• Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to road construction matters
• Proven ability to prioritise and monitor personal workload with minimal supervision to achieve outcomes
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, exercising initiative and judgement with minimal supervision

Essential Requirements

• Current HR class driver's licence
• White Card
• Grader operator's accreditation
• Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) – not essential to apply but may be required later
