We're G-Force Building & Consulting—a proudly South Australian company known for delivering high-quality, architecturally driven commercial projects. With a strong pipeline of upcoming works, particularly in the education space, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to join our experienced and collaborative team.
About the RoleAs a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations on medium-scale commercial projects, with a focus on education facilities, public infrastructure, and community spaces. You'll lead site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard—while maintaining clear communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all site-based construction activities from start to finish.
Supervise trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources.
Ensure works are delivered in line with construction programs and project timelines.
Maintain and enforce all HSEQ standards, including inductions, SWMS, and daily pre-starts.
Report on progress, risks, and key milestones to the Project Manager and General Building Manager.
Foster a professional and respectful worksite culture focused on safety and quality.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, architects, and consultants.
About YouWe're looking for a reliable leader with a strong technical understanding of commercial construction and the ability to manage people and processes on site with confidence.
You will ideally:
Have 5+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects.
Possess a trade qualification or construction management background.
Be highly organised and results-driven.
Demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills.
Be confident in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
Hold a current Driver's Licence.
Be able to obtain a Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance (mandatory for education sector work).
