About the Role:

The Head of CRM & Loyalty will lead our CRM and Loyalty strategy, crafting a seamless customer experience. This includes scaling and optimizing customer lifecycle management, overseeing our loyalty program, automated journeys, and daily communications, ensuring timely and relevant messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the CRM & Loyalty strategy to engage, grow, and retain customers.
  2. Utilize data to enhance segmentation, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
  3. Align CRM initiatives with business goals through strategic planning and execution.
  4. Manage database quality, consent, and data flows.
  5. Create dynamic segments using behavioral and transactional data.
  6. Monitor key metrics like LTV, retention, and engagement.
  7. Oversee campaigns across email, SMS, loyalty, reviews, and acquisition.
  8. Optimize CRM and loyalty platforms, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  9. Implement A/B testing, creative alignment, and performance reporting.
  10. Ensure compliance with privacy laws and best practices in data handling.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  12. Monitor competitor activity and market trends for engagement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, with technical expertise in platforms like Emarsys, Salesforce, Braze, Shopify Plus, Yotpo.
  • Proven leadership in growth or retail environments.
  • Experience in multi-market localization and multi-language campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Excel, and data interpretation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM data architecture, integrations, and campaign design.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance improvement and growth.
