Seeking Hospital Assistant as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team to perform a range of duties involving the provision of support to patients with daily living requirements, undertake general cleaning of unit and assisting centre staff with meal distribution.

The Role:

• As part of a multi-disciplinary health care team, the occupant of this position will perform a range of duties involving the provision of support to patients with daily living requirements, undertake some general cleaning of unit and terminal cleaning post discharge, assist centre staff with meal/drink distribution, attend to ordering and replenishing of supplies. The position requires working morning, afternoon and night shifts as rostered by the Nurse Unit Manager.

Applicants will need:

• Flexibility to work a rotational roster
• Experience in a similar role and a willingness to learn

Details of appointment:

Permanent part time, shift worker position, working up to 72 hours per fortnight, from as soon as we can onboard you. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary:

$62,486 to $65,119 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

• Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
