Job Description

Join us as a Retail Inventory Lead at our Warrawong store. We seek an experienced stock handler who is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about stock integrity. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy partnering with leadership, and aim to maximize efficiencies in stock processes, this role is for you

About You
  • Experience in inventory and stock-receiving, preferably in high-volume retail
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Organized with good time management
  • Effective communicator, self-motivated, and inspiring to others
  • Solutions-driven and able to challenge the status quo
  • Resilient, adaptable, and quick to recover from setbacks
  • Open to personal and professional development
  • Confident, personable, and skilled in developing relationships
  • Capable of lifting and processing products up to 20kg
