We're seeking a passionate and experienced Safety Business Partner to join our Queensland operations and help lead our journey toward an injury-free workplace.

About The Role
As the Safety Business Partner for our Hemmant and Cannon Hill facilities in Brisbane, you'll play a vital role in fostering a proactive safety culture. You'll coach and empower site leaders, operational teams and Health & Safety Representatives to embed safety in every process and decision — from logistics and warehousing to engineering and transport. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll lead initiatives, influence change, and help shape a strong, collaborative culture of safety excellence.

• Coaching site leaders and teams to adopt and sustain strong safety behaviours.
• Championing the implementation of the Lineage Safety Framework across operations.
• Leading safety risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
• Supporting the development and delivery of safety and compliance training.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to embed best-practice safety systems.
• Monitoring incident trends and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partnering with HSRs and site safety committees to drive engagement and accountability.
• Providing specialist advice on regulatory compliance and industry standards.

• Proven experience in a safety-focused role within supply chain, logistics, warehousing or industrial operations.
• Relevant qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety (Cert IV or higher preferred).
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
• A coaching mindset and ability to influence and support leaders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, reporting and training facilitation skills.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
