We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with the broader finance team and be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Process a high-volume of supplier invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Prepare payments ensuring they are made in accordance with company policy and supplier terms.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
  • Assist with month end processes, including AP reporting and accruals.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues.

About You

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Exceland accounting software
  • You have a process improvement mindset and are always thinking about how to do things better
