About Us:

Drone Hire Australia Group is one of the country's fastest-growing providers of advanced drone services across the telecommunications, construction, renewable energy, and oil & gas sectors. With operations expanding across Australia, we're seeking a motivated and proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to support business growth and build strong relationships with our expanding client base.

The Role:

We're looking for a self-driven professional with a small background in sales, client engagement, or marketing who's ready to work closely with new and existing clients. You'll have access to full training on our service offerings and industry tools, but we expect you to bring initiative, confidence, and a solutions-based approach to your work. This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential and the opportunity to grow into a broader role within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain client relationships across sectors, including telecoms, renewables, and energy
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Prepare and present client proposals, quotes, and capability overviews in conjunction with the CEO
  • Manage follow-ups and client communication across email, phone, and meetings
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns, content, and social media posts
  • Attend client meetings and industry events where required
  • Collaborate with our internal operations team to align sales with service delivery
What We're Looking For:
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (B2B preferred)
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your pipeline
  • Tech-savvy – able to learn new platforms and present innovative solutions
  • Bonus: Experience in drones, construction, telco, or engineering industries
