About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support a major ERP transformation program focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role will be responsible for supporting the design, build, testing, and deployment of the EPPM workstream, applying SAP Activate methodology to deliver best practice solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document EPPM system requirements
  • Analyse and streamline business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Support solution design, data migration, and system integration activities
  • Contribute to test planning, UAT, and resolution of implementation issues
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and provide end-user support
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies while ensuring alignment to program objectives
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business, ICT, and vendor teams
About You
  • 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP ERP solutions
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related modules (EPPM, ECC, FICO, MM)
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP transformation, migration, and large-scale implementations
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor collaboration skills
  • Analytical and reporting capability to support data cleansing and system optimisation
  • High level of organisation, written communication, and emotional intelligence
Desirable
  • Previous experience in large-scale S/4HANA programs in Federal, State, or Local Government
  • Exposure to SAP Noveco
  • Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA)
