About You:
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting our transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
  • Manage, train, and supervise administrative staff and assign work priorities.
  • Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures.
  • Manage office records, accounts, and documentation.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate purchasing within budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with management, drivers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Coordinate personnel activities including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Manage office facilities, equipment maintenance, and space allocation.
  • Assist with logistics coordination and documentation for refrigerated transport operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
  • Experience with logistics or transport operations documentation is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field (desired).
