What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensure that all employees are working in a safe environment
  • All customer transactions are managed in a timely and professional way and that any issues are raised and managed appropriately
  • Ensure that all sales (including lost sales) and/or customer transactions are recorded using the company systems in line with company guidelines
  • Proactively manage, coordinate and facilitate the stock take process ensuring all parts are accounted for, in the allocated area and reported on our internal computer system
  • Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
  • Experience within a leadership role within the Agricultural, Construction, Automotive or mining industries
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management
  • Strong leadership skills including outstanding communication (verbal and written) and motivational skills
  • Previous industry and parts experience would be beneficial
  • Ability to evaluate and assess operations and respond to changing needs
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of stock control packages
