Job Title: Solution Architect – Microsoft Power Platform

Location: Sydney/Brisbane also will consider Melbourne/Canberra

Contract: 12-Months

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to join our team. This is a key role that will shape the delivery of innovative, scalable, and secure business solutions across a wide range of use cases.

You will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of Power Platform-based solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into enterprise-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design and lead the delivery of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Develop integration strategies with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
  • Define and promote Power Platform governance, security models, and best practices across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with development teams, analysts, and end users to ensure technical designs align with business objectives.
  • Lead workshops, prepare architecture documentation, and support implementation through to deployment.
  • Guide the adoption of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and automation within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Solid understanding of solution architecture and design principles in Microsoft-based environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
  • Experience implementing enterprise-level governance, security, and compliance for low-code platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices in the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.
