  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
  • Have a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Work well in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Be self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Listen actively and use feedback constructively
  • Be available for late-night trade and weekends
  • Have demonstrated customer service experience (retail, hospitality, supermarket retail)
