As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be flexible, team-oriented, and ready to support our centres and children whenever needed. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity ensures enriching and responsive learning experiences for every child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute actively to the educational program and team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and staff
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

If you hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, have a current VIC Working with Children Check, are willing to travel between local services, and have flexible availability Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, please apply now.
