Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join Charles Brownlow Retirement Village as a Personal Care Worker. We have two Part Time, Fixed Term roles available working:

• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 14:45-22:00 - Contract commences 15/9/2025 until 15/01/2026
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 22:00-07:00 - Available Now - Contract ends 01/03/2026

Responsibilities

• Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
• Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
• Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

• Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
• Kindness in your DNA
• Strong empathy
• Outstanding communication skills
• A reliable, friendly and professional style
