We are recruiting a Social Media Specialist to continue to build their social media marketing deliverables with the goal of creating brand awareness as well as driving increased customer engagement and growth.

Client Details

Our client is an Australian organisation in the retail industry, specifically in fashion footwear. They are well-known for their trendy product line and have a strong market presence both in Australia and overseas.

Description

• Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and optimise social media campaigns and respond to community comments and enquiries.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with the ecommerce and digital team.
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign and provide regular reports to the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
• Work with influencers to create a strong content marketing.
• Liaise closely with the photographer and graphic designer for content planning and execution.
  
  

Profile

A Successful Social Media Specialist Should Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Extensive experience in creating and managing digital content and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Social media analytics tools.
• Experience in the fashion retail industry, particulary collaborating with influencers and photographers and video graphers.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong project management and organisation skills.
  
  

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging between $76,500 and $90,000 AUD plus super.
