Boilermaker - Wingfield at M2P Engineering. Located in Wingfield, SA. $2400+ per week. Permanent or Casual.

As a Workshop Boilermaker, you will fabricate and assemble metal structures, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Based in Wingfield, SA, you will work in our well-equipped workshop on projects across mining, industrial, and marine sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components
  • Utilising knowledge of GMAW (flux core) and GTAW welding processes
  • Fabricating heavy industrial pipework, platework, and structural steel
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
  • Working with materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, and exotics
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
What You'll Bring
  • Trade qualification as a Boilermaker
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, GMAW (flux core), and GTAW welding techniques
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience fabricating heavy industrial pipework, platework, and structural steel
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail
Ideally, You Will Also Have
  • Experience in a workshop environment, particularly in mining, industrial, or marine sectors
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks
