Job Description for Capability Architect 5G, Edge and IOT in Sydney.

Education level, knowledge and work/industry experience:

  1. At least 5 years experience in successful architecting and delivery of complex, integrated IT Solutions in Telecommunications & ICT.
  2. Minimum of 5 years developing and implementing complex ICT solutions across multiple ICT disciplines.
  3. Understanding of processes and procedures in the delivery and day 2 operations of a managed services offering.
  4. Experience in delivering product and solutions capability to enable a managed service outcome.
  5. Understanding of the unique requirements for Enterprise and Government customer use of leading-edge ICT technologies.
  6. Knowledge of infrastructure components, software-defined services, virtualization & cloud technologies, middleware, and operational support systems.
  7. Proven track record of building multitenant ecosystems around aaS offerings.
  8. Experience in leading a team of technical SMEs.
  9. Experience in relationship management at the executive level.
  10. Skilled in matrix management & virtual teaming with a strong ability to motivate staff & collaborate with other members of the management team.
  11. Ability to identify and navigate complex organizational and political structures.
  12. Analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving skills.
  13. High levels of personal commitment and willingness to accept responsibility for one's own actions.
  14. Becomes involved in business decision-making processes.
  15. Leverages personal credibility and networking abilities.
  16. Motivational and persuasive skills together with high-level interpersonal skills.
