Senior Architect – Wellness Home Specialist (Full-Time)

What You'll Be Leading

You won't just be drawing plans, you'll be designing experiences.

  • Own the entire architectural process: from early concept design to full working drawings.
  • Manage town planning applications and liaise directly with council and consultants.
  • Deliver complete project documentation for construction, including specifications, finishes, colour schedules, and FF&E packages.
  • Collaborate directly with our director, builder, and wellness design team to bring world-class wellness homes to life.

What You Bring

  • Registered Architect with extensive experience in high-end residential (wellness or sustainable design a plus).
  • Proven ability to deliver full architectural documentation sets to the highest standard.
  • Deep understanding of council processes, town planning, and BCA/NCC compliance.
  • Experience coordinating with engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, and consultants.
  • Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Obsessed with details, systems, aesthetics, and pushing the limits of what a home can feel like.
  • A self-starter with initiative, strong leadership skills, and the ability to own projects from start to finish.
