TheDriveGroup is seeking a Program Manager to lead a greenfield finance transformation for a household Australian brand. The business is in the selection process and seeks someone to participate in vendor selection. This will be a complex transformation across multiple departments. The initial duration is 18-24 months.
Responsibilities- Lead a greenfield finance transformation across multiple departments.
- Assist in vendor selection as part of the program.
- Build and lead integrated, cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with senior leadership; drive stakeholder engagement, influencing, and decision-making.
- Deliver technology rollout and process re-engineering in a structured, hands-on way.
- 8+ years' experience in IT/business change/project delivery at a strategic level in large corporates.
- 7+ years' experience managing complex, multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering at least one EPM solution; experience across multiple platforms preferred.
- Onestream and Anaplan desirable.
- Ability to manage hybrid working arrangements and quickly adapt in critical situations.
- Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams; strong senior stakeholder engagement, influencing, and decision-making capabilities.
Role will be part of a bigger transformation spanning over 5 years. Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. You will work closely with senior leadership and build a team from scratch. If you have proven experience, HIT APPLY or reach out for a private discussion.

Job and locationLocation: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Salary: A$150.00/hr - A$180.00/hr (base pay range). This range is provided by TheDriveGroup. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
