FinXL is currently seeking a skilled Project and Program Scheduler to join a dynamic team and support high impact programs within a leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly update an integrated master schedule to ensure project accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and document the project's critical path, working closely with Project Managers and the PMO to identify and address delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Refine work schedules and update the Master Schedule to ensure consistent workflow across all project phases.
  • Analyse, test, and validate schedules against key project milestones, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Design and implement effective scheduling approaches tailored to the needs of the project.
  • Collaborate with Directors, the PMO, and Project Managers to ensure thorough planning is completed before initiating project activities.
  • Offer insights, advice, and options to support informed scheduling strategies and enhance project outcomes.
  • Provide governance and oversight on schedule and resource planning decisions.
  • Deliver additional scheduling and project support services as required by the Commonwealth.
Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Project for schedule development and management.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
