  • Business partnering and advisory: provide strategic financial guidance to meet targets and align with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or senior finance leader in regional/global contexts.
  • Strong leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Analytical capability with ability to translate insights into business actions.
  • Forward-thinking with a passion for data-driven decision-making and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior management.
