An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled physiotherapist to join our Conservative Management Clinic (CMC) at Logan Hospital. You will play a vital role in delivering advanced musculoskeletal services and supporting a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level musculoskeletal physiotherapy services for complex outpatient presentations.
• Lead and contribute to clinical service development, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to less experienced physiotherapists and pre-entry students.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.

About you

• Demonstrable expertise in managing complex musculoskeletal conditions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing junior clinicians and students.
• A proven ability to lead service improvements and drive positive patient outcomes.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland. By 2027, we'll have more beds and five additional birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
