We predominantly see our clients in their homes, group homes, aged care facilities or in public settings. You may help someone trial a new wheelchair, assist with cooking independently, or advise on assistive technology to make staying at home more comfortable and functional. You may see 3–4 clients in one day, then work from home or have an office day to write reports, prepare resources, or receive supervision/training.

This role offers genuine flexibility and control over how you structure your days, with your individuality recognised so you don't miss family time or life after work. Caseloads are tailored to service clients close to home, with personalised admin support to minimise travel within Sydney.

Your role can be constructed as full-time or part-time, and we have offices in Neutral Bay, Liverpool and Blacktown for you to use to see clients or collaborate with your team.

You will be supported to confidently:

• Service a predominantly adult, NDIS & DVA caseload (ages 12 and up)
• Help clients with life skills (budgeting, shopping, travel, cooking), pressure care, sensory, cognitive re-training, equipment and assistive tech, upper limb and motor therapy, and home assessments/modifications (initially minor; more training available for complex mods)
• Complete comprehensive assessments and reporting (e.g., initials, functional capacity, SDA/ADL/SIL/ILO)

We work with people who have lifelong disabilities and neurological conditions (e.g., MND, MS, Parkinson's, Stroke), TBI/ABI, autism/ASD, amputations, and sensory impairments. You'll service a varied caseload with opportunities to learn and grow.

• Qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
• Current driver's license with access to your own vehicle
• Passion for working with adolescent and adult clients
• Clinical specialisation and leadership pathways available; tailored roles for returning from parental leave

Experience in an NDIS role is advantageous, but a foundation in aged care, paediatrics or hospital work with an interest in transition is welcome. Our team supports you through your move.
