Job Description

Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, restocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You will get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen business.

Experience is helpful, but it is not everything.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and take orders
  • Roll burritos, restock fridges, basic food prep
  • Wipe tables and maintain a clean dining area
  • Learn other roles across the team and gain exposure to all aspects of a busy Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen operation
Qualifications
  • A team member to work after school hours
  • Someone enthusiastic and bubbly
  • Someone willing to learn all aspects of the restaurant (Cook/Line and Sales)
Experience and Attributes
  • Experience in hospitality venues or fast-paced environments is great but not essential
  • You are open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
  • Can do attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
