You will work within the Process Centre of Excellence team, responsible for redesigning, improving, and controlling critical processes. This includes process simplification and standardisation to enhance customer and employee experience (EX), as well as aligning with the Optus Brand promise and fostering a brand and culture centered around customers and employees.
As the Associate Director, Process Redesign, you will support efforts to improve customer experience by redefining processes within your portfolio, delivering enhanced people experience, and increasing business efficiencies.
Application Closing Date: Tuesday 12th August. This is a two-year position.
Your day-to-day will include...
- Process Redesign Consulting and Execution: Identify and deliver high-impact process improvements using data, customer insights, and stakeholder input to drive efficiency and ROI. Apply problem-solving and Lean Six Sigma methods to scope, design, and implement process improvements, ensuring initiatives are well-managed, measured, and delivered right the first time.
- Stakeholder and cross-functional engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders to align on strategy, influence roadmaps, and drive shared customer experience outcomes. Collaborate closely with peers in the Process Centre of Excellence to maximise business impact and CX improvements across teams.
- Team and cost management: Lead and develop a high-performing, engaged team, including mentoring Lean Six Sigma trainees through certification. Manage budgets and costs to ensure efficient delivery of change outcomes.
