Overview

We are looking for people-centric individuals who enjoy providing customers with advice and an excellent experience. We will give you all the product training you need to represent our household name brands.

Day to day you will help a mix of trade and DIY customers across our range of market-leading paints and coatings products. This is a full-time role of 38 hours per week at the Dulux Trade Centre Newstead, QLD. Availability Monday – Friday with some rostered Saturday mornings is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • We will teach you to accurately mix and tint paint
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels

Skills & Experience

You should enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about helping others. The role requires regular lifting of paint tins up to 25 kg, so physical fitness is essential. We provide product and on-the-job training, and we are looking for individuals willing to learn, develop, and provide excellent service to our customer base.
