Dr Niall Jefferson's busy paediatric specialist practice is moving to a brand new state of the art building in Charlestown, and seeks an enthusiastic medical receptionist to join our team for an immediate start.

  • This position is full time and will require 38 hours per week (part time or flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate)
  • Above award rate wage - skill and experience dependent
  • On the job training provided
  • Minimum 1 year medical administration experience required

Our practice

Our practice is growing and will consist of 6 specialists, as well as allied health, and nurse practitioners. We thrive on providing the highest level of customer service, whilst fostering a caring and supportive team for our staff.

The role

We are seeking a full time medical receptionist to join our family-orientated fun team. You will always be kept busy, with high volume patient interaction and administration work balanced with a great team culture.
