As a Membership Manager at our North Sydney club, you will be responsible for taking overall management of the member experience. You will lead a team of Member Support Consultants (MSC) to achieve new sales targets and member retention budgets, while overseeing front desk operations to ensure exceptional personalised service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to team success
- Create a structure to ensure the MSC team achieves daily minimum performance criteria
- Deliver sales training to develop the MSC team
- Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis
- Respond to enquiries within 24 hours via phone, email or in person
- Support Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives for membership growth
- Support Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster
- Demonstrate proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs
- Understand the cycle of selling and various sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling
- Prior experience of managing the customer journey for successful outcomes and customer retention strategies
- Prior experience of managing and mentoring a team
- Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal
- Experience using business computer systems
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
