The team

The RegistryConnect Program Office (PO) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of ASIC's RegistryConnect Program, which aims to modernise and stabilise ASIC's registry services. The Program Office plays a pivotal role in enabling scheduling, monitoring, reporting for the program, supporting completion to scope, on time and within budget.

The role

As the Program Analyst working within the RegistryConnect Program Office you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution and seamless operation of the program by supporting the successful delivery of program frameworks, documentation and reporting.

More Specifically, You Will
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of program and project frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with best practice, ASIC standards, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain the accuracy and relevance of key program documentation through regular reviews.
  • Enhance program reporting to surface critical insights that support effective decision-making.
  • Process key data sets and support visual reporting across RAIDD, resourcing, and procurement functions.
  • Prepare program and portfolio reports, including drafting papers for Steering Committees and other governance forums.
  • Coordinate reviews of project and program compliance with ASIC's frameworks and support related assurance activities.
About You

The ideal candidate for the Program Analyst role will be a highly organised and proactive professional with previous experience supporting complex, large-scale programs. They possess a strong background in program frameworks, documentation and reporting with proven stakeholder communication and engagement ability enabling effective delivery in dynamic environments.

In Addition, You Will Have
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience supporting large-scale programs of work.
  • Strong knowledge of program and project management principles and deliverables; certifications such as MSP or PRINCE2 are highly regarded.
  • Skilled in developing visual reports from diverse data sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
